Members of CA ANZ are highly respected and sought after professionals who have met the eligibility criteria of the organisation, such as university accounting qualifications and the post-graduate Chartered Accountants Program.

MORE CONTEXT
We developed a new digital style guide and ensured that the goals identified by members could be met through simple, modern user experience. Website content was reduced from over 7,000 pages to around 300 high-value pages.
An intuitive task-based information architecture with an expansive drop-down navigation menu, allowing members to see deeper levels of the IA and find relevant content without clicking through multiple pages. Combining Strong search functionality and inline suggested search results as members type that suggestions for relevant related articles based on the article a member is viewing as well as optimised for mobile and tablet devices.
Every design detail, piece of content, and functionality focuses on enhancing the member experience – from joining to life long learning - straightforward, empowering and relevant. The website amplifies Chartered Accountants ANZ's reputation as trustworthy, having integrity and being highly valued. And it will help to simplify the complexity of Chartered Accountants ANZ's content, aid more streamlined journeys using visual cues to position the Chartered Accountants ANZ brand as a ‘shaper’ in its sector.
